All SCORE business counselors volunteer their time to assist entrepreneurs. SCORE volunteers abide by a code of ethics and hold all client discussions as confidential. Volunteer business counselors have worked for such notable companies as Weyerhaeuser, Boeing, Eastman Kodak, General Electric, IBM and Procter and Gamble, to name a few. Experts in such areas as accounting, finance, marketing, engineering, retail and home based business operations provide counseling and mentoring to entrepreneurs. nbsp;

Our Tacoma South Sound chapter has over 30 volunteer members that provide individual counseling for aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. Both working and retired executives and business owners volunteer as counselors. Each year SCORE counselors donate many hours to help small business people.
