Tacoma and other South Sound locations.
SBA (Small Business Administration) can direct you to government and non-government business resources, provide advice on potential loan sources, and offers free business counseling services.
Bates BMTC (Business & Management Training Center) provides fee based consulting and training services for corporations and small businesses.
SBDC (Small Business Development Center) assists existing small businesses solve specific business issues.
OMWBE (Office of Minority & Women's Business Enterprises) Assists qualified minority and women businesses in the State OMWBE
certification process for public contracting and procurement and access to financial opportunities.
SSWBC (South Sound Women's Business Center) assists all small businesses (primarily woman-owned start ups) on a variety of business subjects—start-up planning, business plans, financials and loan application packages.
